Understanding Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Tide and Tan swimsuit! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Swimwear hygiene liners must remain intact to be eligible for return. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
